Article 1: Type of campaign
Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, a simplified joint stock company with capital of EUR 985,981.70 whose registered office is located at 3 Avenue Octave Gréard, 75007 Paris, France, listed under No. 602 033 185 on the Paris RCS [Company and Trade Register] (referred to hereafter as "Alcatel-Lucent") are organising a campaign from midnight on 15 July 2012 to midnight on the 31 December 2013 consisting of a reward offer (referred to hereafter as the "Campaign"), the terms and conditions of which are stated in these rules and regulations (referred to hereafter as the "Rules").
Article 2: Products concerned
The campaign only relates to the following Alcatel-Lucent Office communication solutions (referred to hereafter as "Alcatel-Lucent Products"). The communication solution purchased should include at least one of the following items:
- OmniPCX Office RCE Small (or "OmniPCX Office rack 1")
- OmniPCX Office RCE Medium (or "OmniPCX Office rack 2")
- OmniPCX Office RCE Large (or "OmniPCX Office rack 3")
This excludes OmniPCX Office RCE Compact or CE solutions, Compact Edition and Office Smart Packs solutions, as well as all non-Alcatel-Lucent products and/or services. Switches from Alcatel-Lucent are part of this campaign if they are sold with at least one OmniPCX Office RCE (Small, Medium, or Large)
Article 3: Conditions of participation
The reward offer within the framework of this Campaign is open to any Client or new Client purchasing a new Alcatel-Lucent product for their own use from an approved Alcatel-Lucent distributor (referred to hereafter as "Sales Partner") UAE, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar between midnight on 15th of July 2013 and midnight on the 31 December 2013 at the latest (referred to hereafter as the "Campaign's validity period").
For the purposes of these Rules, "Client" refers to any company (corporate body) having acquired one or several Alcatel-Lucent Products listed in article 2 above to be used internally by it. Thus, any purchases of Alcatel-Lucent Product(s) made for the purpose of resale or for shared use between the Client and a third-party, or between clients of the Client are specifically excluded.
Article 4: Characteristics of the offer
The offer consists of a reward by Alcatel-Lucent to the Client in one or several free My IC Mobile software licenses.
The number of licenses is indicated hereafter and shall vary depending on the cumulated value of the Client’s purchases of Alcatel-Lucent Products and labour costs associated with the installation of the purchased Alcatel-Lucent products listed in article 2 during the Campaign's validity period. Maintenance costs and any additional costs are excluded from this offer.
Purchases subject to a special discount granted by Alcatel-Lucent through its Sales Partner are excluded from the Campaign.
The number of licences are as follows:

Customer invoice › 3000 USD : 3x MyIC Mobile licenses for free
Customer invoice › 5000 USD : 5x MyIC Mobile licenses for free
Customer invoice › 7000 USD : 10x MyIC Mobile licenses for free
This offer is intended exclusively for the Client (as a corporate body) to whom it is given. Under no circumstances can this offer be transferred or yielded to a third party by the Client (including through a merger, division or a transfer of assets). Similarly, under no circumstances can this offer be exchanged for cash or any other award.
Article 5: Conditions for the awarding of the offer
To receive the My IC Mobile software licenses, the Client must meet all of the following conditions:
- Buy one or several of the Alcatel-Lucent Products listed in article 2 from a Sales Partner during the Campaign's Validity Period,
- Complete and sign the form issued by the Sales Partner, then
- Send the duly completed response form, together
- with the copy of the invoice and the Purchasing order from the Sales Partner (with full details of purchased items)
- or the full detailed invoice figuring out the purchased articles and installation costs (with full details of purchased items)
The invoice has to be sent within twenty one (21) working days from the purchase date of the Alcatel-Lucent Product and sent by post or by email to the following address:

For the purposes of these Rules, "buying Alcatel-Lucent Products" relates to the Client placing a firm order for the purchase of Alcatel-Lucent Products, which is subsequently accepted and invoiced by the Sales Partner; this must all take place during the Campaign's validity period.
Any invoice issued after 31 December 2013 cannot be taken into account.
The Client shall receive its reward when the system will be installed by the partner.
Article 6: Other conditions
The reward offer is limited to one request per Client (same registered company name and [SIREN/RCS] [business registration/Company and Trade Register] number) for the duration of the Campaign.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other current Alcatel-Lucent promotional offer.
Any unreadable, incomplete, falsified or crossed out requests, as well any requests that include incorrect information will be considered null and void.
Article 7: Limitations and disclaimers
Alcatel-Lucent shall not be held responsible if, due to events beyond its control (and, particularly, but not limited to, if the Campaign cannot be completed properly due to the intervention of an unauthorised third party, fraud, technical, postal, and/or banking problems, or exchange control regulations), it is forced to cancel the Campaign, shorten, lengthen or postpone its period of validity, and/or to modify the Rules.
Alcatel-Lucent may, at any time, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability in relation to its Clients (i) modify the clauses of the Rules and (ii) stop the Campaign.
Similarly, Alcatel-Lucent disclaims all responsibility in the event of technical problems preventing the Client from accessing the website detailed on the form issued by the Sales Partner or any incident leading to the loss, delay, dispatch to the incorrect address or incomplete record of the data in the form of the Client concerned.
Alcatel-Lucent cannot be held responsible for any incorrect, false and/or reprehensible information provided by one or several Client(s), or by any equipment or programme associated with the organisation, or used as part of the organisation of the Campaign.
In addition, you are reminded that the Sales Partner remains solely responsible for the proper execution of the Client's order in relation to the purchase of Alcatel-Lucent Products. The Campaign is not intended to be, and cannot be interpreted as, a contractual relationship novation between the Client and the Sales Partner; a novation through which Alcatel-Lucent would take the place of the Sales Partner or would be party to the contractual relationship in existence between the Sales Partner and the Client.
Article 8: Treatment of personal information
Any personal information that is potentially collected by Alcatel-Lucent within the context of the Campaign shall be treated in accordance with French legislation in relation to the collection, treatment and use of this information that is considered to be "personal" in the sense of the aforementioned legislation.
With regard to the aforementioned information, those concerned and to which this information belongs benefit, through the application of the French "Data-processing and Freedom" law, to a right to access, correct and delete said information within the conditions presented on the Alcatel-Lucent website (www.alcatel-lucent.com) on the page "Politique de confidentialité [Confidentiality Policy]".
Article 9: Acceptance of these Rules
Participation in this Campaign implies the Client's unconditional acceptance, without restriction or reservation, of these Rules. Any issues with the interpretation or application of these Rules shall be handled by Alcatel-Lucent, which reserves the right to exclude participants who are known to have committed fraud or any breach of a contract with Alcatel-Lucent.
Article 10: Applicable law – Settlement of disputes
The Campaign and these Rules are subject to French law with the exception of its rules of conflict of laws.
Any complaint from a Client or a Sales Partner in relation to the Campaign must be submitted in writing and addressed in accordance with the conditions for sending the forms indicated in article 5, within one (1) month from the end date of the Campaign's validity period.
However, in the event that the parties are not able to reach an amicable solution, the matter shall come under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Paris.
